One small pan
Ingredients
2 cups cooked black beans (unsalted)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. tapioca starch or corn starch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 large eggs

1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. tapioca starch or corn starch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a small baking pan.
2. In a food processor or blender, puree black beans, eggs, honey, 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and coconut oil together.
3. Mix together dry ingredients (1/2 cup cocoa powder, tapioca starch/ cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt), then blend into wet ingredients.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
