Vermont Harvest of the Month is a program run by three nonprofit organizations in the Green Mountain state to promote seasonal eating, encourage healthy diets and support the local economy. We provide ready to go materials for the classroom, cafeteria, and community that promotes the use of local, seasonal Vermont foods.
Is your school, restaurant, farm or workplace celebrating seasonal Vermont foods? Join a community of hundreds of sites across the state celebrating the harvest.
Are you celebrating each month's harvest at home by growing or cooking with Vermont foods? We want to know! This year, individuals can take the pledge and be counted in our community of participants.
Make sure that your home or organization is counted! We Take the pledge & use our free ready-to-go materials to promote Vermont Harvest of the Month wherever you are! Did you take the pledge last year? We ask that you take it again this year so we can get an accurate picture of who is using VTHOM throughout the state!
